By creating a username and password, you will be able to complete, edit and review your application before submitting it to us. You will also have the opportunity to review the application requirements and check to see if all documents have been received. Please follow the instructions below to access our online application. Your password must begin with an alphabetic character.
PLEASE NOTE: You may pay the $50 application fee online by credit card or by mailing a check. To pay by check, please download the Check Voucher document that is generated when you submit your application and return by mail with your check. If you would like to request an application fee reduction/waiver, please contact Elaine Acker, Director of Admissions, at 716-877-5035.
Elmwood Franklin Faculty/Staff Members Only: You do not need to create a new account. Use your current username and password to sign in. This will allow the system to populate many of the required name and address fields.
